[Case #9398 +28] Add hyperlink capability to textfields (in ad hoc)

Currently there is no hyperlinking capability in ad hoc reports. It will be nice to add an option or mechanism to allow user to define hyperlinks on it. This is a very rare request and you can set its priority based on your own roadmap.
