Customer is experiencing a period of down time that JRS is not working anymore due to license expiration.
They have renewed the products but they didn't know that license file needs to be updated on renewval.
The downtime of JRS environments has caused huge business impact so they strongly request this feature.
PS, the "*** PROD*** TIBCO Order Confirmation email" mail sent from TIBCO doesn't mention anything about this as well.

It should be at least a way to install a license file without stop and start JasperServer. Most environments today works 24/7
