Use special characters in filenames

It would be great to be able to use special charaters such as the "&" in filenames by scheduled reports.

When creating a calculated field/measure add a search function above the fields and measures box

I have 100's of measures and when setting up a calculated field/measure I have to scroll through the list to find the measure I need to use in the calculation. A search function here would save time and effort when setting calculations up.
