JS - Add "Ignore All" checkbox to ignore all input controls/ resources while publishing the reports

Having this checkbox , will prevent users from clicking every input control and clicking "Ignore" , when these input controls need not be published to the server . Less clicks , better user experience.

Visual tree view for the Report folder Structure
