Date/time choosers should work as in Run Report when create filters for date/time/timestamp fields in adhoc designer

Issue- user must open date chooser several times because it closes every time when user chooses day/hour/minute/second. The same issue when user create filter for date and time fields in adhoc designer.Expected behaviour is as in Run Report
