PDF Accessibility for hyperlink to overcome tagged annotation issue

Currently after generating PDF via jasper tool when we are running accessibility check , all the hyperlink is throwing Tagged annotation error. General fix is to add Link - OBJR tag under Link tag, but Jasper tool/jrxml doesnt support this feature . Nowadays Accessibilities compactable is common feature expected in all development. Please implement this ASAP
