freeze the column in jasper server report tabular report as the headers/rows in UI

now we are have the header row freezes in jasper reports, we have to freeze the columns also in UI.


We have done that in xls output but not able to get that in UI.

This ability in report UI will help to help user not to download the report in xls and do it.
