To localize the JRS repository folders and containing the report's names depending on the chosen locale.

Hi,

We have different customers, speaking different languages /English, German, Croatian, Polish, Italy, French, .. /

The problem is we want this feature in JRS to localize directory structure and report names in a repository. Currently, we have used English for directory and report names. Old ER for this request JS-4716
