Currently there is a system role ROLE_ADMINISTRATOR to manage the JasperServer.
Further system roles for fine-granular administration would be useful.
E.g. a role exclusively for user administration. Such a user may only manage users and has no rights to the repository - or even the possibility to log in through the user management as another user.
