Currently, if scheduled a report and it is failing recipients from "Send report when scheduler runs" will get empty e-mail that says:
"JasperReports Server encountered an error while generating this report. Please contact your administrator"
Turning on/off option "Do not send emails for empty reports" doesn't have any affect.
Customer would like to not send an e-mail in case report run has failed.
