Currently save report parameters value functionality can not be used for a common use scenario: user with rights to read or/and execute reports and no rights to edit report definitions.
Support report execution-only user where the user can save/load report parameters options (the “Save” button and “Saved Values” dropdown in the report input controls window ) and can not edit report definitions (can not change report layout, data source, input controls, query).
