there is a problem that jasper doesnot support mysql 8 with virtual datasources .
not sure if this is raised by anyone but we identified this issue and needed solution asap. support team stated only in 8.01 build 20220308 1443 it works and not in 8.02,8.0.3 which is weired. if any solution for this do please update.
