[Case #01816056] - Possibility to delete or add or reorganize many elements in adhoc

Currently, the columns and groups section of the ad hoc designer UI only allows you to move/add/delete one item at a time. This enhancement is a request to allow moving/adding/deleting multiple fields at a time in the columns and groups section.
