Steps to Reproduce:
# Create a Postgres data adapter based on the Foodmart database
# Create a report that makes use of the above-mentioned data adapter. The report includes an image in the Title and Summary band
# Publish the report to JRS
# Make changes to the report in JSS and publish again by saving it
# Open the report in JRS viewer
Actual Result: Observed Byte Data not found error when we open the report in JRS viewer
Expected Result: Error Message must not be shown
