Embed 3d models and other in pdf

PDF supports not only images but also: video, audio and 3d models. I see we have only images in JSS. It is possible to embed all this in other document types, not only PDF. Why we need it? Imagine airplain, tickets you recieve by email in pdf form...

JSS: Add ability to select Input Control options on publish from JSS to JRS

When publishing a report that contains input controls from JSS, the system always assumes the IC's should display as a popup. A small UI addition would be nice to allow user to choose other options instead such as in-page or top of page.
