New version of The JasperReports Ultimate Guide

The current version of the The JasperReports Ultimate Guide is in a very bad state: The toc is not clickable, the glossary is not clickable You cannot search nor copy & paste. Please provide a new version!

Allow rename of label in Adhoc View configured for CrossTab

After creating an Adhoc View, which is configured as a "Crosstab", it's not possible to change the label of a column. The label can be changed if a Table visualization is used.
