Unable to load styles for my reports from a .css file

I have many reports to create, and all of them need to be styled with almost the same style. This is repetitive and tiresome. Is there a way to load the style from a .css file in jasper studio?

Jasper Studio doesn't provide an option to publish reports in bulk

Jasper Studio provides an option to publish reports to the server, but you can only publish one at a time. I have around 200 reports, and publishing them one by one is really tiresome and time consuming.
