Changing the y-axis value in a dual-axis chart. Is it possible to change the starting value for both y axes in a dual-axis chart?

On a classic graph, this is possible thanks to the parameter “yAxis.min” Is it possible to change the starting value for both y axes in a dual-axis chart?
