Ability of Ad Hoc views summary to drill down

When Ad Hoc view aggregates the data, user should have ability to see underlying data just clinking on visualization. I know JS 9.0 has brought up a drill-down switch. But, that is not a true drill down.

Customer wants solution for: while we are trying to export the Adhoc View report (crosstab) in dashboard, Export functionality is disabled(unable to click on the export icon)

CSV output with pipe/tab delimited option in JRS

Currently JRS provides comma separated CSV export or output from JRS. But users don't have option to choose PIPE or tab delimited option while scheduling a report or saving the report.
