[Case #01816056] - Possibility to delete or add or reorganize many elements in adhoc

Currently, the columns and groups section of the ad hoc designer UI only allows you to move/add/delete one item at a time. This enhancement is a request to allow moving/adding/deleting multiple fields at a time in the columns and groups section.

Center a fixed (custom) sized dashboard canvas

When setting custom size of the canvas in dashboard properties, it is aligned to the left of the browser page leaving blank space on the right. We would like to have the option of it being centered on the page.
