Hide the filters in the first page of pdf export of dashboard report

When I export the dashboard report to pdf, the front page in the pdf file only contains the filter information. Is there anyway to either remove this page, or populate the page with a logo?

Filter permission list to those roles granting access

We use a lot of roles to control access to resources. It would be nice to have a way to (optionally) filter the permission dialog window to show only roles that grant access i.e. roles with a permission other than "No Access".
